Anthony Weller, P.E., P.L.S.
Mr. Weller brings extensive management and design experience from numerous land surveying, land use planning, and civil engineering projects. He has over 35 years of experience in roadway and transportation projects; storm water management and flood control facilities; sanitary sewer and water distribution systems; and site development for parks, residential, commercial and industrial projects. Management experience includes multidiscipline consultant and contractor teams for complicated land use, design and construction projects for public and private clients. This experience includes working two City Engineering departments, volunteer/elected positions serving the City of Tualatin and Washington County area and over 24 years as a principal at CESNW, Inc.
John Jensen, P.E.
Engineering Project Manager
Mr. Jensen has over 20 years experience in engineering design and construction of both public and private projects. Mr. Jensen’s experience includes transportation projects; storm drainage facilities; Low Impact Development; stream restoration; sanitary sewers; water lines; and site development. In addition, Mr. Jensen is an expert in computer applications for street design, earthwork, underground utility design (AutoCAD/Land Desktop/Civil 3D); hydrologic models (HEC-HMS, HEC1 & SBUH), hydraulic models (HEC2, HEC-RAS), and preparing FEMA no-rise analysis.
Paul Kohn, P.L.S.
Mr. Kohn has over 26 years of experience in land surveying that includes: boundary and topographic surveys; right of way surveys; ALTA surveys; subdivision, partition and condominium plats; construction staking; legal descriptions; GPS control networks; and RTK surveying. Project experience includes roadway and transportation; schools,commercial and industrial site development; utility infrastructure; and all aspects of residential projects. Mr. Kohn is an expert in robotic and construction surveying techniques. He is also an expert in producing mapping products with AutoCAD/Civil 3D software in the format requested by the Client.
Alan McCall, E.I.T., L.S.I.T.
Engineering Project Manager
Mr. McCall has over 5 years experience in engineering design and construction inspection of both public and private projects. Mr. McCall’s experience includes transportation projects; storm drainage facilities; sanitary sewers; and site development. In addition, Mr. McCall was a civil inspector for TriMet’s Portland-Milwaukie Light Rail project ensuring compliance on platforms, systems and electrical elelments for more than six miles of track. Mr. McCall has also worked on the Portland Airport runway 10r-28L rehabilitation project and a large saintary and pavement restoration project for the City of Newberg.
Jesse Heldstab, L.S.I.T. (MT)
Mr. Heldstab has over 5 years of experience in surveying that includes: boundary surveys; topographic surveys; construction staking; corner restorations; legal descriptions; GPS and RTK surveying. Mr. Heldstab is proficient with AutoCAD/Civil 3D; ArcGIS and Micorsoft Office Suite.
Ms. Walker has over 12 years of experience in land use planning, with a degree in geography from Southern Oregon University. Ms. Walker’s experience includes land use and zoning code research, site feasibility studies, neighborhood meetings, preparation narratives for land use applications, preliminary site layouts, and permitting on a variety of urban and rural projects. Ms. Walker is proficient in AutoCAD/Land Desktop/Civil 3D software for land use planning and concept mapping.
She is also a member of the Newberg Community Foundation, a local organization that provides grant funds to community enhancement projects and programs in Newberg and Dundee.
Ms. Penner has over over 23 years of administrative and accounting experience. She is responsible for our office administration and accounting functions. Outside the office, Jan has served as a volunteer in various capacities through her church and through Westside Christian High School’s “Westside Outside” programs. She also enjoys volunteering with the historic Paradise Trail Lodge. There, she has served in administrative roles such as reservations and bookings, but has also been a hands-on participant in recent renovations and upgrades. Of all the hats that Jan wears, her favorites are those labeled “Mom” and “Grammy” and (once is a blue moon) “Artist”.
Ms. Weller has over 14 years of experience in the construction industry and is responsible for the office administration and accounting functions. Her construction related experience includes contract compliance and project accounting for industrial site development projects, commercial tenant improvements, and move coordination/staging for public school renovation projects.
